Job Brief

We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly secondary sales target
  • Generate secondary sales and following up DRCP/beat plans
  • Move retailers with in classification and upgrade them by building higher business.
  • Update DRCP on quarterly basis.
  • Maintain minimum stocks level at Distributors level.
  • Improve retail visibility and merchandising activities in key outlets.
  • Communicate schemes, offers, and to close targets gaps while ensuring effective scheme closure.
  • Track competition activities and response to new product launch.
  • Report daily secondary Sales & focus products sales through SFO.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
